When will I receive the license key?
Usually, you will receive an email with your SmartPLS license key right after we have received your payment. If you need the license before payment, please drop us a line (email@example.com). In exceptional cases (i.e., frequent customer), we sent the license ASAP and in advance of the payment.
The licenses are sent by email only. If you have paid online and did not receive your license key within the next 30 minutes, please check your SPAM folder. If it is not there, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you paid by wire transfer, the email containing the license will be sent once we have recognized the payment. Usually it takes some days until the money is available on our bank account. Please be patient and consider the processing time of the banks. If it takes an unusual long time and you receive no email with your license key, please send an email to email@example.com.
