Note

In general, all valid licenses can be used for SmartPLS 4.

If you already used your license with SmartPLS 3, the remaining period can be used in SmartPLS 4 as well (without additonal costs).

How to migrate a seat license

Usually it is sufficient to enter the license key in SmartPLS 4 and the remaining term of the license can be used.

In cases where this does not work, our support team will be happy to help.

If you are using a floating license key to access our licensing server on the internet, that license key can be entered directly into SmartPLS 4.

If you are hosting a licensing server yourself, the license file needs to be upgraded. Please contact our support team in this case.
