Yes. You can buy a single-user license now and activate it later.

The license period starts when you activate the license, that is, when you first enter the key in SmartPLS. Until then, the period does not run. See activating your license key.

For technical reasons, a floating license cannot simply be set up to start later. We can arrange it on request: email our sales team before you order.
