Renewing Your License

Our licenses are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and they do not renew automatically. To renew, you buy a new license: once your old key expires, purchase a new license.

Usually not: with your new license you receive a new license key, which you activate in SmartPLS.

For floating licenses, we try to add the new period to your existing license automatically when you order. This is not always possible. If you receive a new key, you can either use it or email us to move the period to your old key. Include your order number and your old license key in the email.
