Renewal means purchasing a new license

Since our licenses are not automated subscriptions, you may purchase a new license once your old key expires.

Keeping your existing license key

In case of floating license you can continue to use your old license key.

We try our best to take this into account automatically during the order process. However, we need to be able to assign your order to an existing license. However, this is not always possible. So if you get a new license sent to you, you can use it - or you have to contact us to transfer the period to the old license key. Please mention your order number and the old license key in the email.

For seat licenses this is not possible and you will always receive a new license key.
